While The New School is making Togetherall Inc. available to students, if you sign up to use the service, the agreement will be directly between you and the Togetherall Inc.  

It is your responsibility to understand: how Togetherall Inc. works, and what your rights, responsibilities, and potential liabilities are as a user. It is also your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that whatever applications or software you select for use are free of such items as viruses, worms, adware, spyware and any other items that may cause damage or compromise the confidentiality, integrity or availability of your data and/or information systems.

Use of service may involve sharing personally identifiable, confidential, or sensitive information about yourself. Read Togetherall Inc.’s privacy policy, their terms of service/terms of use, and any community or user conduct rules before using the service. The New School is not liable for any loss or risk incurred as a consequence of your access to or use of Togetherall Inc.
