The New School's digital assistant is here to answer your questions for Admission, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, the Registrar, and more. Here are a few tips that will enhance your experience.
Keep It Clear
For the best results:

- Ask one question at a time.
- Keep your question clear and short.
Complex or lengthy questions will not yield the best results. The digital assistant will also provide additional suggestions and links based on your keywords. You may find answers to questions you didn’t have! If you need office information for more in-depth
questions or want to connect with a member of our staff, type in “Contact the office” and select the person you wish to contact.

Current Students
Our digital assistant can answer your questions with personalized information. For example, if you ask, “What does Financial Aid need from me?” logging in with your NetID will provide you with information related to your student record.

Our digital assistant can communicate in English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, and Vietnamese.
