Parsons New York

  • The Parisian Apartment

As a Parsons Paris student, you join a diverse community in a dynamic city. We strongly encourage students unfamiliar with Paris, particularly first-year students, to take advantage of student housing.

Parsons Paris is located in a newly renovated historic building at 45 rue Saint-Roch, a short walk from the Louvre, the Palais Garnier, Gaîté Lyrique media arts center, Notre Dame cathedral, and other cultural highlights. Students from around the world looking for a Parsons education in an international city with a program taught in English study and live alongside New School mobility students spending one or two semesters away from New York to immerse themselves in the creative and intellectual activity of Paris.

The Parisian apartment setting offers an independent lifestyle, with three to four students sharing an apartment in the city of Paris. Students living in these apartments share the facility with families and others who live, work, or study in Paris. A management company provides facility services. In the apartment-style residences, security measures ensure that access is provided only to residents and their guests. The cost for the 2015–2016 academic year is $6,500 per semester per student.
