• Current Coverage and Deductions

    You may see information on your current benefit plan coverage - including your per pay check contributions and deductions - by going to and logging in using your regular computer login name and password. Click on the "Employee" tab and you will see the "Self Service" box on the left:

    1. Choose "Benefits Information"
    2. Choose "Benefits Statement"

    You can also view your individual pay stubs by clicking on "Pay Stubs" and selecting the year you would like displayed. Your will then be able to review benefits deductions for each paycheck.
