Since its inception in 1919, The New School has been at the forefront of progressive higher education, actively supporting individuals in challenging the status quo and promoting positive social change. The Impact Entrepreneurship Initiative builds on the university's rich history of educational innovation, design-based learning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Representing just one aspect of The New School's commitment to developing entrepreneurial leaders, the Impact Entrepreneurship Initiative is a collaborative effort involving multiple colleges and encompassing numerous faculty members, deans, and administrators.
