  • Fitness classes are held in the University Center's fitness studio, in room L205. Take the service elevator to floor L2 or go down one level on the main staircase and then take the A1 staircase.

The capacity of classes differs depending on class type, but the maximum is usually 14-18 people.

Every class participant must complete a fitness waiver every semester and have current health insurance. A complete waiver includes insurance carrier and policy number as well as an emergency contact, who must be someone in the United States with a U.S. phone number.

See Fitness Classes for class descriptions and Instructors for bios. No sign-ups are necessary; all classes are first come, first served. Fall fitness classes will begin on Tuesday, September 3.
