Independent filmmaker, teacher, writer, and curator; has been making films and videos for over 25 years; her documentaries have been shown around the world, including at the Pompidou Center and at the Museum of Fine Arts/Boston; Editor of Provincetown Magazine; Founder/Programmer, Cape Cod Festival of Arab & Middle Eastern Cinema; Freelance writer with work published in Cineaste, Moviemaker, the Journal of Film and Video, and other periodicals.
