hall owned and operated by The New School. An energetic and passionate
residence life staff makes Loeb Hall ideal for college students looking

basement; two music practice rooms; art studio; fitness room; and front
and rear patios
Each resident has assigned phone number and phone jack in room. Free
incoming calls only. Local and long-distance calling through RCN.
Limited basic cable TV programming in each bedroom; TV in lounge has basic cable programming.
Each resident has Ethernet data jack in room for free Internet access.
24-hour security desk; card access to building and room.
