Current, full-time students receive one free ticket each time they visit the MoMA when they present their New School ID cards (newcard) at the lobby information desk.
MoMA Film Tickets
Students can receive free same-day film tickets for themselves when they present their New School ID cards (newcard). Tickets can be obtained at the lobby information desk, beginning at 1:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m. on weekends, or at the film desk (through the doors east of the entrance on 53rd Street), weekdays after 4:00 p.m. and weekends after 1:00 p.m. Film tickets may also be obtained one week in advance of a screening for a $1.50 per ticket service fee.

To be eligible, you must be a full-time New School student. The annual membership fee is $30.00 and you can join online.

The New School - New Jersey Transit Partnership allows full-time undergraduate and graduate degree students to receive a 25% discount on monthly NJ Transit passes for rail, bus, or light rail service when they enroll online through NJ Transit's Quik-Tik program. Eligible, full-time students will see a link on the Student tab after logging into my.newschool.edu. This is how full-time status is verified electronically to NJ Transit.
