We offer student-led informational walking tours of The New School throughout the year. Tours are a great way to learn more about Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts, our Greenwich Village campus, student life, academics, and the admission process. These walking tours are approximately one hour long and include a sit-down information session. The size of tour groups is limited. Prospective students should register in advance and call the Office of Admission at least two days before the tour date to confirm their attendance.
Join us for a 30-minute information session at which you can learn more about the application process from current students. These exceptional students offer helpful advice about Lang admission criteria, the common application, writing an admission essay, etc. in a more quiet setting than the traditional campus tour. Every session includes a question and answer period. Information sessions are offered Monday through Friday at 2:00 p.m. Please register in advance.
We encourage our accepted transfer students who have confirmed their attendance to make a phone appointment with the Transfer Enrollment Coordinator. Our coordinator provides information about what to do before coming to campus and transfer credit evaluations. To set up an appointment, contact Lang admission. Skype appointments are available for international students.
