    Requirements for the Journalism + Design Major (BA, Journalism + Design)

    The major in Journalism + Design requires completion of 13 courses, distributed as shown below. Students must receive grades of C or better in all courses taken to fulfill major requirements. Only specific courses satisfy the major requirements, including electives. Courses should be chosen carefully, in consultation with the chair of the program.     * Students may, with their advisor’s permission, substitute up to two courses in related social science fields at equivalent levels.
