Bachelor's/Master's Program
at The New School
Is an advanced degree in your plans? Take advantage of The New School's bachelor's/master's Program. While you are an undergraduate, you can earn up to 12 credits toward your BA or BS degree for courses taken in a participating New School graduate program. After completion of your undergraduate program and upon acceptance to the New School graduate program, the same 12 credits will also count toward your MA or MS degree.
Who's eligible?
Students pursuing a BA or BS degree at The New School for Public Engagement or Eugene Lang College The New School for Liberal Arts are eligible.*
*Lang students: Consult you academic advisor to see if your major is approved for a dual-degree option.
What's required?
Students may apply to the bachelor's/master's program at any time during their undergraduate study. Applicants must have completed (or be in the process of completing) 60 credits toward their bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 before taking graduate courses.
