Career Networking

Career Networking

Career network volunteers help New School students and alumni navigate the job market. Volunteers are available by phone or email and share their experiences in their field, describe their position and organization, and help fellow alumni with the practical application of their degree. Career volunteers may also participate in panels, job fairs, and other career services events on campus, or provide internships for current students.

The Office of Alumni Relations is currently developing an online database that allows students and alumni to search for career network volunteers on their own. Until the database is complete, the office will provide a list of volunteers and preferred contact information by request.

If you would like to be a career network volunteer, please contact us or use the volunteer form. Please provide your full employment information (title, organization, business address, and field or sector) and your preferred method of contact (phone, email, or both). You will be coded as a volunteer on your alumni record and your name will be given to a student or alum looking to contact someone with your background.
