The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Strategic Design and Management introduces you to design strategies and business practices through studio-based projects, seminar courses, and liberal arts. This interdisciplinary program prepares you for entrepreneurial and management positions in fashion business and creative industries. Courses examine the essentials of marketing, communication, innovation, financial management, strategic management, product development, ethical business, and global practices, preparing you for success in a range of professional fields.
Your BBA begins with the first-year curriculum, which serves as the academic foundation for all undergraduate programs at Parsons Paris. Courses and projects from sophomore to senior year involve fieldwork, quantitative and theoretical research, and market analysis, enabling you to develop new sustainable organizational and entrepreneurial models. In your final project, you develop a proposal that demonstrates your personal narrative and vision.
This program prepares students for a broad variety of career outcomes, from positions in junior management, communication, production or marketing, to creative direction, international business, or brand management. Graduates also acquire practical methods and entrepreneurial tools to start their own business. Some students choose to continue their studies with a master’s degree in Strategic Design and Management or a related field.
Courses, projects, and faculty at Parsons Paris are closely integrated with industry and external partners, enabling you to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom to real-world challenges in creative business, nonprofit, government, and technology sectors.
To facilitate your creative growth and experimentation across all disciplines, Parsons Paris offers access to academic resources such as on-campus making and project facilities, tech and fashion research labs, and The New School’s digital libraries and archives.
Parsons Paris offers a unique opportunity to study in two of the world’s most creative cities. Studying at our academic centers in both Paris and New York broadens your practice through studio and liberal arts courses on campus and applied, hands-on experiential learning off campus.
