Mission

Parsons Paris students are designers, artists, and scholars who learn to responsibly and purposefully apply the transformative capacity of design. Our international community of students immerse themselves in the acclaimed curriculum of Parsons School of Design in New York City while experiencing the heritage and forward-looking entrepreneurial culture of Paris. Guided by distinguished faculty, Parsons Paris students are committed to tackling the challenges of an evolving world with creativity and intellectual rigor and becoming leaders in the global economy. 

Vision

Parsons Paris’ future will be shaped by the core values that have defined our past: curricular innovation, collaborative methods, pioneering uses of technology, and experimentation. As part of The New School, Parsons Paris shares an institutional vision that aligns with shifts in the global economy, society, and environment:

• Creativity, innovation, and a desire to challenge the status quo, both in what and how we teach and in the intellectual ambitions of the school itself

We will fulfill our mission by extending The New School’s legacy as a nontraditional academic community, nimble and responsive to change, that:
