Undergraduate Admitted Student Campus Visits

We are happy to welcome you to our campuses. If you’d like to visit the campus, please email the Admission Team at [email protected] and provide your availability weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. CET, and we will work with you to schedule your visit. (Please note that the Parsons Paris campus will be closed from July 19 to August 17; visits to campus will not be possible during this period.)

Financial Aid Virtual Desk

Speak with a Financial Aid counselor at our Financial Aid Virtual Desk. Virtual desk hours are Mondays through Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Central European Time. No appointment is necessary. 

Financial Aid In-Person Appointments

Financial Aid counselors are available for in-person appointments, held at our University Welcome Center, Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, or 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Central European Time. To schedule an appointment, visit QLess or text "The New School NY" to 646.328.6322.

For all Financial Aid appointments, please have your New School student ID or government-issued ID available to confirm your identity. Parents and guardians who are authorized users on a student's account may also make use of the virtual desk hours or schedule in-person appointments.

Online Information Sessions

At our online information sessions, you'll learn about the exciting undergraduate and graduate programs offered by Parsons Paris. Hosted by the Office of Admission, online information sessions offer prospective students, counselors, and parents a brief overview of each program, admission requirements, and the application process.  

Undergraduate Prospective Students Campus Visits

Parsons Paris fall 2025 admitted undergraduate students should see the "Fall 2025 Admitted Student Events" tab above to schedule a campus visit.

Please note that the Parsons Paris campus will be closed from July 19 to August 17; visits to campus will not be possible during this period. Our fall 2025 campus visit schedule will be released as soon as possible. 

Parsons Paris Undergraduate On-Campus Visits: Rue Saint-Roch Campus

Prospective undergraduate student visits to our Rue Saint-Roch campus, in the first arrondissement of Paris, include an information session and a campus tour. All undergraduate prospective students should make a campus visit. To sign up, please select of the dates marked "Parsons Paris Campus Visit at Saint-Roch" on the calendar when you register.

Graduate Prospective Students Campus Visits

If you're a prospective graduate student interested in the MA Fashion Studies or the MFA Fashion Design and the Arts program, please email us at [email protected] to schedule a tour. Include your program of interest, your term of interest, brief details of your educational background, and the days and times you're available to visit campus in your email. After we receive this information, we'll work with you to organize a visit to our campus at 45 Rue Saint-Roch in Paris for MA Fashion Studies or in Romainville for MFA Fashion Design and the Arts. All campus visits must be scheduled in advance. 

Virtual Campus Tours

• Join Summer, a student in the BBA Strategic Design and Management program, for a tour of the Parsons Paris Saint-Roch campus.
• Join Riley, a student in the BFA Fashion Design program, for a tour of the Romainville campus and studio spaces.
• Visit the neighborhood surrounding our Rue Saint-Roch campus in central Paris.

National Portfolio Day events are held virtually and in person in multiple locations across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

These annual events provide students with the unique opportunity to meet individually with representatives from accredited art and design colleges and universities. Portfolio reviews are strongly encouraged for applicants who plan to pursue higher education in the visual arts and related fields. At these meetings, school representatives will review your artwork, discuss programs, and answer questions about professional careers in art and design. 

Parsons School of Design and/or Parsons Paris representatives participate in many National Portfolio Days, including international events.

Parsons Paris admission counselors typically travel to many cities and countries to attend various fairs and events hosted by outside institutions to meet prospective students. Parsons Paris does not manage the registration process for these events listed below. Eligibility to attend is determined by the host institution for each event.
