    Kali Mincy

    Profile

    Kali Mincy is an executive coach and facilitator with Bruno Ford Consulting Group LLC. She specializes in leadership development, team alignment, and organization culture. The hallmark of her practice: organizational healing.

    Kali has been a part-time lecturer at The New School since 2021, teaching the Group Dynamics & Team Skills course in the Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment. For 20 years, she has been a trusted consultant to Fortune 500 companies, international development agencies, nonprofits and higher-education institutions. The editor of business and leadership bestseller The Baron Son, she has coached C-suite executives, senior leaders and high-potential talent across industries; designed and implemented DEIB programs for board members, leaders and managers; led corporate training; and organized and facilitated strategy meetings, focus groups and resources groups in Europe, Latin America, and the US. Her client list includes The Estée Lauder Companies, Arconic, KPMG, TIAA, Givaudan, the Support Center for Nonprofit Management, NYC Dept. of Education, the Ministry of Education in Panama, the Workers Commission of Madrid in Spain and The Rhizome Center for Migrants in Mexico.

    Kali is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology at the California Institute for Human Science. She holds an M.S. in Organizational Change Management from The New School where she completed her Executive Coaching and Group Facilitation training. A member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a cohort member of Corporate Coach Training (CCT), she is a Certified Feedback Coach through The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and a Certified Facilitator through the Antiracism & Equity Institute of Good Shepherd Services.

    Kali serves as a Board Member for PCOS Challenge: The National Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association. Surfing, journaling, and hiking with friends are just a few ways she heals and centers herself.
