    Rebecca Tuffey

    Profile

    Rebecca Tuffey is a nationally certified Alexander Technique teacher and Art of Breathing Instructor. She holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College, where she first studied the Alexander Technique in 1994 as an actress, singer, and novice dancer, and she completed a year at the British American Drama Academy in London. Rebecca teaches on the faculty of the Teacher Certification Program at the American Center for the Alexander Technique and at Pace University in the BFA program for Acting in Film, Television, Voice-Over & Commercials. She has presented master classes at Manhattanville College and Queensborough Community College, as well as workshops for yoga studios, music conferences, and corporate boardrooms. Rebecca maintains a dynamic private practice in Union Square. She enjoys helping people of all ages expand their potential by improving how they coordinate body, mind, and breathing. www.RebeccaTuffey.net
