  • Organization development (OD) practitioners recognize the humanistic role of managers and leaders and work to co-create and facilitate imaginative, systems-embedded organizational change. Our graduate certificate is designed for current internal and external practitioners to build on their professional knowledge and those wishing to enter the OD field.
