    Quinn Tabbitt
I grew up in Toronto, surrounded by creative activity. Food is a huge part of my life, and being in the kitchen inspired the Cilantro Project. I created the project out of frustration at the large amount of plastic food packaging that ends up in landfills. The Cilantro Project promotes the use of fruit leathers in the fashion industry and reimagines the materials used to package fruits and vegetables.
