Academic Programs International (API)

Parsons Paris partners with Academic Programs International (API), a preferred housing provider, to offer housing to students in Paris. API offers Parsons Paris students the option of living in a shared flat or an individual studio in a student dormitory. API housing is open to all Parsons Paris students in any undergraduate, graduate, or visiting program.

We encourage students unfamiliar with Paris, particularly first-year students, to take advantage of API housing, which includes Internet, maintenance services, and 24–7 emergency lines. No guarantors are needed, as API handles all of the housing arrangements.

Students who are under 18 years of age when they arrive at Parsons Paris may be required to obtain a specific visa applicable to minors. API will provide assistance in doing so but will not assume the role of a legal guardian.

Visit the API website for additional information and prices.

Please note that Parsons Paris takes no responsibility for housing agreements between students and API or the Romainville property management company (Fiminco) and that all communication and inquiries must take place directly between students and the housing providers.
