Art, Media, and Technology (BFA), 2024

The centerpiece of the project isn oil-painted canvas, measuring 210x140cm, portraying the vibrant ambiance of a Parisian terrace bar during the first half of the 2020s. The project started by field sketching sessions across various bars in Paris, capturing the essence and energy of these unique spaces. Following extensive months of fieldwork, the creative process transitioned into the studio, where the fusion of countless sketches coalesced into a singular, imaginary realm. Infused with a distinct sense of queerness, chaos, and freedom, the artwork captures the bustling energy and diverse characters that populate these spaces.
