Ghalya Bazzi was born in Beirut, Lebanon but has lived her entire life in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia until she moved to Paris for higher education. She embarked on her holistic health journey after being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome and failed by the medical industry. Due to her personal struggles and inaccessibility to resources she decided to take matters into her own hands and heal herself. As she’s still growing and learning she’s learnt the root cause of her PCOS and has since implemented a new lifestyle focusing on specific nutrition and fitness. She hopes to be a voice and a helping hand for young girls and women who have and are struggling with the disease and provide them with sustainable solutions. She wants to generate more awareness and create a safe community for women in Riyadh.

Soul Sync, is a holistic wellness center that harnesses the healing power of food and natural alternatives through the method of cycle syncing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This approach is based on the conscious selection of foods & exercise that provides the necessary nourishment at each phase of the cycle, to support hormonal fluctuations impacting energy, mood, and wellbeing. It encourages individuals to listen to their bodies and respect their unique hormonal blueprint. The center will include a fitness studio, restaurant and spa designed in a way to fit bio-individual needs. Health coaching consultations will also be provided in order to support the women of our community. Soul sync is designed to heal your mind, body and, soul. A safe community that supports and empowers women and is a beacon for change in Saudi Arabia.
