Carolina Baldor, a proud Cuban American from Miami, is currently in the final year of her fashion design studies at Parsons Paris. Carolina’s creative journey encompasses a diverse range of artistic expressions, including sketching, draping, patterning, Adobe, and book making skills. Carolina's warm and welcoming nature makes her excellent with people and adaptable, while her ambitious spirit gets the work done. Her journey from Miami to the artistic haven of Parsons Paris has fueled her curiosity and broadened her perspective. As she completes her studies, Carolina is ready to bring a unique blend of cultural richness and innovative design to the fashion world with her own personal style.

Victorian Reflections of Workwear: Remembering Childhood

This collection intricately explores the fusion of historical and contemporary elements in children's clothing and workwear. Inspired by childhood garments aged nearly 50 years, the research delve into Victorian aesthetics, blending them seamlessly into modern design. The focus on utility in workwear, with its durable materials and distinctive colors, adds a practical dimension.The reinterpretation of babydoll dresses with tactical elements, serves as a symbolic bridge between innocence and utility. This collection is a tribute to cherished memories, connecting individuals to the physical experiences of childhood, and embodying a unique past-meets-present aesthetic.
