Aubrey Briggs is a fashion designer and creative entrepreneur, experienced in both business and the creative field. She is extremely motivated, enthusiastically tackling new challenges: at eighteen, she set records as a sales representative and became branch manager of her own office at nineteen. Aubrey has participated in several Paris Fashion Weeks in different capacities, consistently being asked back due to her strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and leadership skills. She was Student Government Vice President and Diversity Representative at Parsons Paris. Inspired by her Native American heritage and desire to promote inclusivity, Aubrey designs beyond gender constraints and advocates for sustainable practices. Aubrey is eager to develop her career path in fashion design, fashion publication, or business marketing.

As a member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, Aubrey Briggs has always been inspired by her heritage. However, Native American culture has rarely been represented through a non-colonial lens in the fashion industry. In Briggs’ collection, contemporary Native American culture is merged with American pop culture through the lens of streetwear. By combining classic streetwear silhouettes with elements of Native regalia and heritage, Briggs’s collection enables the wearer to feel connected to Native culture in a contemporary way.
