Anna Vescovi is a current Fashion and the Arts master’s student at Parsons Paris with a former four-year BFA from Savannah College of Art & Design’s Fibers Department. She specializes in material innovation, physical textile development and CAD for fashion fabric surfaces. <br /><br />Previously a dancer under two global ballet companies, she applies this former career as a catalyst in understanding movement, kinetics, color and integrative functions of surface design.<br /><br />In the future, she hopes to develop unconventional fabrics which are applied hand-and-hand within a fashion maison’s textile design team. <br /><br />Recent projects can be found in Vogue Runway, Surface Design Association, CFDA, ArtsThread and GUCCI or live at the Opéra Garnier.
