Art, Media, and Technology (BFA)

Textured white tiered sculpture resembling a wedding cake
I am a multimedia artist from Sydney, Australia, now based in Paris, with a love of intricacy, detail, and delicate craftsmanship. My latest project, illoh, is a celebration of nature’s biodiversity viewed through the lens of culinary art. Inspired by Australia’s wild landscapes and rich ecosystems, each dish in illoh is more than just food; it’s a visual and sensory experience. I draw on the colors, textures, and flavors of native flora and fauna to create pieces that are as beautiful as they are meaningful. This work transforms recipes into a form of storytelling, combining art and nature to elevate the everyday act of dining into something extraordinary. Through this collection I invite people to reconnect with the environment and reflect on the beauty and complexity of the natural world.
