Fabric books with printed text and images displayed with headphones
I am an editorial designer from Ankara, Turkey. My work focuses on storytelling through books and printed matter. My thesis project, Birdwatching, explores the theme of freedom by rethinking what a book can be, both in form and in function. The project consists of two books made from linen fabric. They are meant to be flipped through at the same time, revealing a mirrored narrative that unfolds across both objects. By using fabric instead of paper, I wanted to push the boundaries of traditional editorial design and invite a more tactile, intimate experience.
