I am an artist from Beirut, Lebanon, now based in Paris, working with digital illustration and graphic design to explore identity, memory, and heritage. My debut graphic novel, Echoes of Home, is a deeply personal project that weaves together my own history with broader cultural and historical narratives.
Set in Beirut and Paris, the story follows a young Lebanese expatriate as she uncovers her family’s past and searches for a sense of belonging. Inspired by real events tied to migration during the Ottoman Empire, the novel explores the way history shapes who we are and how we carry it with us, even across borders. Incorporating archival material, layered visuals, and personal reflection, I use illustration as a way to reconnect with my roots and to reflect on what it means to belong in a shifting world.
