Devoted to promoting young talent in the fashion industry, Mariasole Pastori participated in the organization of the young designers’ competition International Talent Support (ITS) in Trieste, Italy.

She then joined the Design department of Floriane de Saint Pierre & Associés, where she had the opportunity to work on some of the leading positions of the creative industry as well as to head the Fashion, Accessories, Jewellery & Watches sections on EyesOnTalents.com, the first confidential online platform connecting innovative brands to the best creative talent on a global scale.

After working on the new Employer Brand strategy for the Kering group, Mariasole was asked to join Bottega Veneta as Talent Acquisition Expert, building the creative teams on both product and image for the brand’s relaunch with Creative Director Daniel Lee.

Obsessed by avant-garde, Mariasole has more recently joined Diorama, a leading 3D Company, to accompany brands and design studios in their creation of Metaverse spaces, digital products and NFTs.

Mariasole regularly sits in juries and preselection committees of various international competitions and institutions.
