Profile
Mads Dinesen is a Danish fashion and costume designer. After graduating from University of the Arts Berlin in 2010, he founded his own label mads dinesen. The collections were shown at fashion weeks in Paris, Copenhagen and Berlin.
He collaborates with different theaters, musicians and artists in genre crossing projects that are placed between fashion, art and performance.
Dinesen’s work has been selected for various international competitions and exhibitions, and he has been rewarded with working grants and residencies by the Danish state for several years.
He has been teaching fashion, styling and creative direction since 2012 at, among others, University of the Arts Berlin, Royal College of Art London and L'École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers Paris.
