A collection of stand alone lab modules custimizable for non-majors and majors in sustainability topics that include: Sustainable Cities (Water and Waste), Sustainable Plastics (Biopolymers), Sustainable Food *GMOS), Sustainable Populations (Tissue Regeneration) and Sustainable Color (Microbial Pigments). Each module is  accompanied by bibliography, worksheets, vocabulary, stlide sets and protocols.
