If your Printing Account has been charged, but you did not receive the expected output due to a technical problem with lab or classroom equipment, please complete the form below in consideration of a refund or a reprint. Charges for certifiable technical issues will be credited back to your account. Charges related to user error will not be credited. Processing of Problem Reports may take up to two business days. In the event that you do not receive a reply to your reimbursement/reprint request within two business days, you may submit an inquiry to AT management via at@newschool.edu. |
