  • Crisis Communication Control

    Advising
Crisis Communication Control was created in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme. This board game is representative of the internal protocol used by the communication team during a crisis. The challenge was taking a 14-page checklist of roles and tasks and designing an exciting, interactive learning experience. The goal of the game was to more effectively train UNDP team members on roles and responsibilities in a crisis and emphasize the importance of teamwork in high-pressure situations. Crisis Communication Control was simulated in the United Nation Development Programme HQ with over forty employees, resulting in four teams playing against one another. This simulation trained and tested the employees on their knowledge of their protocol. As a result, our game will be integrated into United Nation Development Programme HQ and country offices to more effectively train employees.
