Advising

Where were you born, and where did you grow up?
I was born in Svendborg, Denmark, but I grew up in both Denmark and Nairobi, Kenya.

Have you done an internship? If so, where? What was your experience like?
I had one internship, with Tzuri Gueta in Paris. My experience was good, and the Career Services and academic advisors were extremely helpful during the application process and whole internship experience. The working experience itself was unique in that I was able to work closely with the creative director and designer, which enabled me to have a very varied day-to-day work environment.

What course or project was your favorite? Tell us about it.
My favorite course would have to be Entrepreneurship, where we worked together with the Fashion Design students in a collaboration project with Cerruti and Woolmark to develop and market a unisex capsule collection for them. This allowed us to work closely with their design and marketing teams and simulated a real working experience, with real constraints.
