• Embracing Identity and Pushing a Genre Forward

  • When Jesus Rodolfo arrived at Mannes School of Music from his native Spain, he was a force to be reckoned with. The faculty at Mannes saw his potential and inspired him to create his own identity in the world of classical music.

At Mannes, musicians are encouraged to embrace their identities as a means of fulfilling their artistic potential, enabling them to produce groundbreaking new forms and reimagine the classics in entirely new ways.
