Will Campbell

Profile

Will Campbell is an accomplished Audio Engineer, Music Producer, and Educator whose journey into music and technology began long before his Billboard-charting credits and collaborations with world-class artists. Growing up, Will’s love for music was sparked by his father playing Bob Marley records, and as a child, he gravitated toward drums and piano. His fascination with computers ran in parallel, eventually merging in 2007 when he discovered an MPC at a friend’s house. That moment ignited his passion for music production, leading him to experiment with DJing, hardware synths, and samplers.   Will earned his Pro Tools Certification and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Network Administration and Security) at Touro College, following completion of the Dubspot Music Production Program, where he worked as an Audio Technician, Teacher’s Assistant, and Weekend Workshop Teacher. While studying, he balanced technical work with solo music projects, performed in a reggae band, and deepened his expertise in both creativity and technology.   In 2017, Will joined Invite Only Studios as an intern, steadily advancing into his current role as a Producer, Engineer, and Educator. Today, he records and mixes for clients, produces original work, manages studio operations, and mentors upcoming talent through private lessons and group courses. His credits include Mary J. Blige, Fat Joe, Kota the Friend, Bryson Tiller, Ashanti, and Yung Miami, along with projects for brands like Starbucks.   Will is highly skilled in outboard gear and SSL boards, pairing classic analog warmth with modern digital precision. Beyond the music industry, he has a deep passion for sound design and music composition for video games, with experience in Unreal Engine blueprints and audio integration into Unreal Engine. This fusion of technical skill and creative vision allows him to craft immersive sonic experiences, whether in the studio, on stage, or in interactive worlds.   With a finely trained ear, mastery of both analog and digital systems, and a drive to innovate across mediums, Will continues to bridge the gap between artistry and technology creating exceptional sound while inspiring the next generation of music makers.
