    AQUASTOR
My project, AQUASTOR, is desertification remediation product made of mixed materials from desert resources. Twenty percent of the earth's land is desert, and 43 percent of the land is threatened by derertification. AQUASTOR vessels can promote soil growth in desert areas and slow the advance of desertification. The vessels are placed on the edge of the desert in a triangular arrangement with a spacing of 1 meter to build a barrier. The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the vessels allows external water vapor to enter the desert and reduce evaporation rate. Eventually, the AQUASTOR vessels will be completely degraded and turned into nutrients for the land.
