Now, during the recent outbreak of coronavirus, we are in an historical moment in which we feel our emotions more than ever. Yet tens of millions of people are diagnosed every year with mental health problems, entailing anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. This is a really anxiety-producing time, even for people who haven't been diagnosed. And the things that we use to cope with anxiety, like therapy and group meetings, aren't possible because of social distancing. Allthefeels is an online platform for people to exchange feelings and emotions, share inspiration, and have fun. It introduces a series of essays, short stories, and poems and is designed to offer people a kind of emotional shelter. Users can share their own stories or browse other people's stories. Each story is accompanied by a corresponding artwork, curated by the platform’s administrator. Users can see the image or artwork after their story is posted and, by clicking on images, can learn about the artwork and its creator while finding something new, creative, and inspiring.
