Coffee is one of the world’s most widely traded commodities, but it has a dark side. It is extremely labor intensive to grow and harvest and is typically limited to a single use throughout the course of its lifetime. Solid Ground Eyewear, my project, utilizes the ever-abundant resource of used coffee grounds to construct quality, long-lasting eyewear in classic styles.
