The Haus of Quarantine

The Haus of Quarantine
My project responds to an extremely infectious (and fictitious) novel disease called Exchanoladevirus Disease (EOVID-19), which is sweeping the globe. The main symptom of EOVID-19 is a body exchanging with a closely related older woman. People with mothers or grandmothers who are between the age of 50 and 70 are vulnerable and may be infected easily. The government has issued orders to stay at home. The first 10 infected individuals have been put into a centralized quarantine facility, and they named the space the “Haus of Quarantine.” My project records the different phases of the interior space, which reflects the evolution of relationships between the older women and youth during quarantine.
