My project, Critter Chefs, invites Western consumers to integrate insects into their home culinary experiences. Through a collection of culinary kits, crickets are introduced as a tasty, nutritious, and sustainable ingredient for families to explore in meal preparation. The project goal is to challenge existing negative perceptions on the topic of entomophagy and to diversify our nutritional sources.
