CLIENT MARKETING & COMMUNICATION PROPOSAL- COS

CLIENT MARKETING & COMMUNICATION PROPOSAL- COS
For this group project, global fashion retailer COS tasked us to research and analyze the brand’s marketing position and strategy for the U.S. market and create a report summarizing proposals to raise consumer awareness. Working in cross-disciplinary teams, we conducted primary and secondary research; identified, assessed, and analyzed the company’s current and predicted issues and opportunities; and developed a strategy/solution. Our findings called for a rethink of the brand’s value proposition or identity; the creation of visual/creative content; and the implementation of new technology. In evaluating COS’s current marketing, this report considers external and internal factors that affect the brand and analyzes COS’s competitive environment. By working directly with a fashion client throughout the project, we were able to analyze our own personal and professional strengths and establish clear strategies for our future career aspirations.
