In Transit
In Transit is a documentation of Los Angeles through the window of a moving car. As an LA native, I’ve sat in traffic for hundreds of hours throughout my life, and my response to the situation was to start shooting photographs. For six months in 2020, I undertook this project by going on 56 drives, traveling through different streets and neighborhoods across the city. There is a perception of what Los Angeles is, but through photographing a variety of people, places, and things, I’ve created a portrait of my Los Angeles.
