Amélioré: For a Better Tomorrow

Amélioré: For a Better Tomorrow
With my capstone project, I introduce you to Amélioré, created for a better tomorrow. I delivered this pitch video, which lays out the prototype concept design of my design intervention. With my research, I seek to get to the bottom of the role leadership plays in systems thinking within the context of organizational design. By researching mergers and acquisitions, I want to understand the restructuring of organizational systems in response to the accelerated pace of work culture dynamicity and behavioral change, which affects technological infrastructure at a macro level. In light of the fact that innovation sits at the center of growth strategy, I focused my research on exploring the stigma associated with the etymology of the word “innovation” and its co-relation to disruption in new economies of scale. My research is oriented toward the north star, to align work cultures into a sci-fi reality. Consequently, I embarked on a research journey to ultimately provide a win-win state among loyal and enthusiastic corporate employees and growth-oriented profit makers. Amélioré provides a design intervention with multiple applications beyond mergers and acquisitions. It can be employed to inform the technical, financial, and behavioral aspects of organizational design, facilitating empathy building, agile workplace behavior, collaboration, and role-playing through its key features.
