RE:SPACE is an interactive, reconfigurable public furniture system. The seating elements can be moved by the users and create multiple configurations and arrangements to answer the varied needs of the public. The system can be transform an area into a solitary reading space, a public performance space, and a space for gatherings. It can be configured according to preference (direction, placement in a sunlit or shady area, etc.).

The system sparks conversation and interaction between users, providing a joyful experience and allowing for discovery of endless possibilities. The ultimate goal of the system is to nurture a sense of community by allowing members of the public to work together to create unique arrangements.

RE:SPACE is a conversation piece that improves the city, neighborhood, or event it is located in, thus attracting both tourists and local residents.
