Advising
(X)odus is a project that supports and encourages rebuilding lives that have been affected by man-caused displacement. (X)odus gives displaced Syrian, Palestinian and Iraqi women the opportunity to rebuild their lives by crafting products that have been influenced by their own personal stories and earning the profits collected by (X)odus. All (X)odus products are handcrafted, utilizing the women's embroidery and tailoring skills. By upcycling used and empty bags that once contained flour, sugar and rice collected from restaurants around Amman, Jordan, the craftswomen are able to transform them into useful objects in which to carry one's personal belongings. Shoppers can buy hand-made bags and learn more about the craftswomen behind them at the (X)odus website: xodus.global.
