Constructing a Leadership Style as a Young Entrepreneur in the Latin American Fashion Industry

Constructing a Leadership Style as a Young Entrepreneur in the Latin American Fashion Industry

Through my project, I aim to define and construct my own leadership model, one that both aligns with my reality as a young Latin American entrepreneur and responds to the distinct dynamics of my brand, my team, and the sociocultural context in which we operate. My goal is to identify the core skills and values that underpin this vision of leadership while reflecting critically on my current practices, challenging existing assumptions, and exploring new and more effective ways of leading.
