A Tale of Two Sisters

A Tale of Two Sisters

A Tale of Two Sisters is my first children’s picture book, in which I had the opportunity to depict my relationship with Esther, my only sister. There was always a distance between me and her, in age, preferences, and other matters. When I was going down a hill, she was already at the top of another mountain. Only in the evenings did we truly understand each other.

I initially thought of creating the book manually but decided to explore my digital abilities and use digital brushes made with analog materials. The economical color palette expresses the contrast between the warmth of our house and the coldness of the world outside from my point of view.
