I like to make women’s cloth with men’s fabric and put men’s suits on top of women’s bodies.I don’t believe gender identity exists in my work even though I graduated as a women’s wear designer. I designed this collection from a men’s perspective and put it on men’s bodies and called it women’s wear.Fashion for me is the tool to manipulate the human body and explore the relationship between people and materials. I don’t like fitted cloth because I believe the distance and volume between the human body and the materials covering them are the beauties which should be celebrated.
